Rome, May 26th, 2025 - The Shareholders' Meeting of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. (FS), which met today under the chairmanship of Tommaso Tanzilli, following the approval by the Board of Directors on 3 April 2025, approved the 2024 Financial Statements, which recorded a profit of 431 million euros, allocating the same as proposed by the Board of Directors.
The Financial Statements, with the FS Group's 2024 Consolidated Annual Financial Report showing revenues of 16,529 million euros, EBITDA of 2,242 million euros and net loss of 208 million euros, is available on the website www.fsitaliane.it.
The Shareholders' Meeting also approved the amendment to the FS’s bylaws, pursuant to the Group's new Governance Model in line with the 2025-2029 Strategic Plan. The updated bylaws will be available on the FS website once the filing with the Chamber of Commerce has taken place.
The Officer in Charge of Financial Reporting, Fabio Paris, certifies, pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 2 of the Consolidated Finance Law, that the accounting information contained in this document corresponds with that contained in the accounting documentation, books and records.
